1Heat skillet on medium high heat with a tablespoon of olive oil. Mix all seasoning together in a small bowl. Remove rosemary leaves from stems and add to seasoning mixture.
2Coat each chicken breast with olive oil (about a tablespoon for all)Rub on seasoning blend. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
3Add chicken breast to pan and sear for 3 min each side. Remove when each side is brown and place in shallow baking dish. Put in oven for 10 min to finish cooking. Make sure juices run clear. Remove form oven set for 5 min and serve. Enjoy!
