Ingredients
- 6 medium chicken breast filets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil, extra virgin
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon seasoning salt
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 2 sprigs rosemary sprigs
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
How To Make spicy rosemary garlic chicken

Step 1Heat skillet on medium high heat with a tablespoon of olive oil. Mix all seasoning together in a small bowl. Remove rosemary leaves from stems and add to seasoning mixture.

Step 2Coat each chicken breast with olive oil (about a tablespoon for all)Rub on seasoning blend. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Step 3Add chicken breast to pan and sear for 3 min each side. Remove when each side is brown and place in shallow baking dish. Put in oven for 10 min to finish cooking. Make sure juices run clear. Remove form oven set for 5 min and serve. Enjoy!
