Sweet and spicy chicken, broiled quickly to keep in the moistness, yum!! I usually serve over just a little rice.

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 Tbsp
    orange juice concentrate, thawed
  • 1-1/2 tsp
    chopped chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
  • 1-1/2 tsp
    balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp
    molasses
  • 1/2 tsp
    dijon mustard
  • 2
    boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt

How to Make Spicy orange glazed chicken

Step-by-Step

  1. Heat broiler. In bowl, whisk together orange juice, chilis, vinegar, molasses and mustard.
  2. Sprinkle chicken w/ salt. Place chicken on a broiler pan that has been sparyed w/ cooking spray. Broil 2 mins.
  3. Turn chicken, brush w/ sauce and broil 4 mins. Turn chicken again and brush w/ sauce. Broil until no longer pink inside. About 2-5 mins.
