Ingredients
- 454 grams spaghetti cooked to package directions2
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 - chicken breasts, boneless and skinless, cut into cubes
- 6 slices bacon, chopped into cubes
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 cup white wine
- 1 - container black diamond cheese spread,
- 1/2 cup chicken stock
- 1/4 cup 35% cream
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 3 - green onions, chopped
- 1/2 medium sweet red pepper chopped
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
How To Make spaghetti with chicken and bacon

Step 1In a large skillet heat oil over medium heat, add chicken and brown on all sides, once cooked remove from skillet and set aside. add bacon to skillet and cook until crisp add garlic and wine and cook until reduced to half.

Step 2Old cheddar cheese, grated can be used if Black Diamond Cheese is not available use one and onehalf cups.Add cheese to pan and cook until cheese is melted, add chicken stock and cream and allow mix to cook for several minutes, add in pasta, onions, bacon and chicken with all its juices...Sprinkle parmesan cheese over pasta when serving....a salad goes great with this meal.
