The combination of chicken and bacon with a cheddar cheese sauce makes me want a second helping.

454 g
spaghetti cooked to package directions2
2 Tbsp
olive oil
chicken breasts, boneless and skinless, cut into cubes
6 slice
bacon, chopped into cubes
3 clove
garlic, chopped
1 c
white wine
container black diamond cheese spread,
1/2 c
chicken stock
1/4 c
35% cream
salt and pepper to taste
green onions, chopped
1/2 medium
sweet red pepper chopped
1/2 c
grated parmesan cheese


1In a large skillet heat oil over medium heat, add chicken and brown on all sides, once cooked remove from skillet and set aside. add bacon to skillet and cook until crisp add garlic and wine and cook until reduced to half.
2Old cheddar cheese, grated can be used if Black Diamond Cheese is not available use one and onehalf cups.Add cheese to pan and cook until cheese is melted, add chicken stock and cream and allow mix to cook for several minutes, add in pasta, onions, bacon and chicken with all its juices...Sprinkle parmesan cheese over pasta when serving....a salad goes great with this meal.
3Cook pasta according to package directions while chicken and other contents are cooking.
