Found this in a news paper and set out to make it a little better. This is what I came up with..

1 pkg
uncooked chicke tenders (not breaded)
1/2 c
smoky bbq sauce.
1/2 Tbsp
hot sauce, may use less
1 c
italian bread crumbs
1 c
smoky bbq sauce 1/4 honey with a dash ov hot sauce for dipping
1/2 c
honey devided.


1Place parchment paper on a cookie sheet and spray with cooking spray. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees

In a mixing bowl or a small bowl place BBQ sauce, 1/4 cup of honey and hot sauce and mix together.
2In a re-sealable plastic bag place bread crumbs.
Dip chicken into BBQ sauce and then place in the plastic bag. Shake to coat chicken.
... Place chicken on cookie sheet.
3Bake in oven at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes, turning once Or until chicken is no longer pink and bread crumbs are golden brown.
Serve with BBQ dipping sauce
4for the dipping sauce. Mix 1/2 cup of Smoky BBQ sauce, 1/4 cup honey and a dash or 2 of hot sauce. Mix well. Enjoy.
