1Coat chicken breasts with oregano. Rub into chicken well.
2In a large skillet, add oil and heat until hot.
Add chicken and brown well. Remove to slow cooker.
3In same skillet add, stock, garlic and lemon juice. Stir around until it comes to a boil.
Add juice to slow cooker over chicken.
4Cover and turn slow cooker on low for 4 hours. Remove the chicken to a plate.
Turn slow cooker up to high and thicken juice with flour and water or Wondra. Return chicken to slow cooker and cook for a half hour.
Serve over rice.
