I love Greek chicken so I decided to make up my own recipe. Turns out everyone loved it. I make this all the time now. I make it with rice and sometimes with roasted potatoes.

Ingredients
- 3-4 large skinless, boneless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons dried oregano
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 2 cups chicken stock
- 3-4 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

How To Make slow cooker greek chicken and gravy

Step 1Coat chicken breasts with oregano. Rub into chicken well.

Step 2In a large skillet, add oil and heat until hot. Add chicken and brown well. Remove to slow cooker.

Step 3In same skillet add, stock, garlic and lemon juice. Stir around until it comes to a boil. Add juice to slow cooker over chicken.

Step 4Cover and turn slow cooker on low for 4 hours. Remove the chicken to a plate. Turn slow cooker up to high and thicken juice with flour and water or Wondra. Return chicken to slow cooker and cook for a half hour. Serve over rice.
