Very simple but full of flavor chicken drumsticks. They can be served as an appetizer or a main dish, maybe w/ some spicy cajun or spanish rice? You can always add more hot sauce to make it spicier!

Ingredients
- 4 large chicken drumsticks
- 1/2 cup bottled, favorite picante sauce
- 4 teaspoons frank's red hot sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 - bayleaf
- 2 teaspoons canola or vegetable oil
How To Make slow-cooked, spicy-n-saucy drumsticks

Step 1Lightly spray a 3-1/2 quart slow-cooker w/ cooking spray. Place chicken in bpottom of cooker. In bowl, whisk together picante sauce, hot sauce, paprika, thyme and bay leaf.

Step 2Pour sauce over chicken. Cover, cook on low for 6 hrs, or on high for 3 hrs. Transfer chicken to a lg bowl. Remove bayleaf. Stir in oil. Spoon sauce over chicken.
