Slow-cooked, spicy-n-saucy drumsticks
4 largechicken drumsticks
1/2 cbottled, favorite picante sauce
4 tspfrank's red hot sauce
1/4 tspdried thyme
2 tspcanola or vegetable oil
How to Make Slow-cooked, spicy-n-saucy drumsticks
- Lightly spray a 3-1/2 quart slow-cooker w/ cooking spray. Place chicken in bpottom of cooker. In bowl, whisk together picante sauce, hot sauce, paprika, thyme and bay leaf.
- Pour sauce over chicken. Cover, cook on low for 6 hrs, or on high for 3 hrs. Transfer chicken to a lg bowl. Remove bayleaf. Stir in oil. Spoon sauce over chicken.
