Ingredients

2 lbbonelss, skinless chicken breasts

1 cfavorite salsa
-
1 ccanned diced tomatoes w/ chiles
-
2 Tbsptaco seasonings
-
1/2 cwater
-
1 cdiced onion
-
1/2 cdiced celery
-
1/2 cscallions, thinly sliced

3 Tbsplight sour cream
How to Make Slow-cooked chicken salsa
- Place chicken in bottom of cooker. Sprinkle w/ taco seasoning. Layer w/ veggies.
- Pour water over all, cover, cook on low for 6-8 hrs. Shred chicken w/ a fork, put back into cooker. Stir in sour cream and heat through, then serve.
