Ingredients
- 2 pounds bonelss, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup favorite salsa
- 1 cup canned diced tomatoes w/ chiles
- 2 tablespoons taco seasonings
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1/2 cup scallions, thinly sliced
- 3 tablespoons light sour cream
How To Make slow-cooked chicken salsa

Step 1Place chicken in bottom of cooker. Sprinkle w/ taco seasoning. Layer w/ veggies.

Step 2Pour water over all, cover, cook on low for 6-8 hrs. Shred chicken w/ a fork, put back into cooker. Stir in sour cream and heat through, then serve.
