semi homemade korean chicken
I make this as often as I can. It is a family favorite dish. And since I am part Korean it was a dish that was handed down to me by my late mother who got it from her mother. It goes great when I have a get together with friends & family. It also makes a great beach day lunch.

Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken pieces, already deep fried
- 1 bottle teriyaki sauce
- 1 bag sesame seeds
- 1 bunch green onions
How To Make semi homemade korean chicken

Step 1Preheat oven to 350. Spray cookie sheet with light oil. Place each piece of the chicken pieces on the tray. Reheat the chicken pieces for about 10 minutes.

Step 2In a medium pot heat the teriyaki sauce just until boiling. Once chicken is hot. Remove from oven & dip into the boiling sauce. Soak for about 5 minutes on low heat.

Step 3Remove from sauce. Place on plate lined with paper bag. Drain off extra sauce. Place on serving tray or plate. Then sprinkle with sesame seeds & green onions.

Step 4Note: The already deep fried chicken pieces can be a mix of breast, wings, tights & drumsticks. As long as they are already fully cooked
