- 1 pound roll sausage, crumbled, browned and drained
- 1 - pan of cornbread (plain), crumbled
- 3-4 - hard boiled eggs, chopped
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 - onion, chopped
- 1 - bell pepper, chopped
- - salt and pepper, to taste
- - butter, for sauteeing
How To Make sausage cornbread stuffing

Step 1Mix sausage, eggs & cornbread in bowl.

Step 2Saute onions and bell pepper. Add to cornbread mixture.

Step 3Add salt and pepper and soup. Mix all well.

Step 4Stuff chicken or pork chops and cook accordingly. Or bake in a 350 degree oven til heated through.
