    roll sausage, crumbled, browned and drained
  • 1
    pan of cornbread (plain), crumbled
  • 3-4
    hard boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of chicken soup
  • 1
    onion, chopped
  • 1
    bell pepper, chopped
  • ·
    salt and pepper, to taste
  • ·
    butter, for sauteeing

How to Make Sausage Cornbread Stuffing


  1. Mix sausage, eggs & cornbread in bowl.
  2. Saute onions and bell pepper. Add to cornbread mixture.
  3. Add salt and pepper and soup. Mix all well.
  4. Stuff chicken or pork chops and cook accordingly. Or bake in a 350 degree oven til heated through.
