Delicious stuffing mix for chicken or especially pork chops.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound roll sausage, crumbled, browned and drained
  • 1 - pan of cornbread (plain), crumbled
  • 3-4 - hard boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 - onion, chopped
  • 1 - bell pepper, chopped
  • - salt and pepper, to taste
  • - butter, for sauteeing

How To Make sausage cornbread stuffing

  • Step 1
    Mix sausage, eggs & cornbread in bowl.
  • Step 2
    Saute onions and bell pepper. Add to cornbread mixture.
  • Step 3
    Add salt and pepper and soup. Mix all well.
  • Step 4
    Stuff chicken or pork chops and cook accordingly. Or bake in a 350 degree oven til heated through.
