Ingredients
- 4-6 - large bone-in chicken breast (remove skin)
- 1 stick butter, mleted
- 2 cups corn flake crumbs
- 1/2 cup parmesean cheese
- 1 tablespoon parsley flakes-dried
- 1 tablespoon thyme-driend
- 1 tablespoon oregano, dried
- 1 tablespoon garlic salt
- - salt and pepper--to taste
- ***PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES***
How To Make oven fried chicken breasts

Step 1Mix the corn flakes, cheese, parsley, thyme, oregano, garlic salt, and salt and pepper together. Place in a dish for dredging the chicken. Dip the chicken in the melted butter then roll each breast in the corn flake mixture (covering well). Place each piece of chicken in a foil lined pan. (shinny side up). Bake uncovered for exactly 1 hour.
