Oven Fried Chicken
8assorted pieces of chicken, skinned
2 cCorn Flake crumbs
1 tspgarlic powder
1/2 tspground thyme
1/2 tspred pepper
1/2 clow-fat buttermilk (can sub regular milk)
How to Make Oven Fried Chicken
- Combine Corn Flake crumbs and seasonings in a plastic bag, mixing well.
- Dip chicken pieces in milk and roll in crumb mixture, shaking to coat.
- Place chicken on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray; bake, uncovered at 375 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until done.
