Ingredients
- 8 - assorted pieces of chicken, skinned
- 2 cups Corn Flake crumbs
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup low-fat buttermilk (can sub regular milk)
How To Make oven fried chicken

Step 1Combine Corn Flake crumbs and seasonings in a plastic bag, mixing well.

Step 2Dip chicken pieces in milk and roll in crumb mixture, shaking to coat.

Step 3Place chicken on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray; bake, uncovered at 375 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until done.
