Ingredients
- 1 kilogram orzo( rice-like pasta)
- 700 grams chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless
- 4 medium carrots, cubed
- 2 medium green peppers ,cubed
- 1 can corn, canned
- 1 can mushrooms, canned
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tablespoons fahita spices
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 400 grams mozerrella cheese , shredded
- 1 large white onions , cubed
- 4 tablespoons corn oil
How To Make orzo with vegetables

Step 1put orzo in boiling water pan and boil them about 10 minutes then drain

Step 2cut chicken breast halves into cubes. then put them in a frying pan with 2 tablespoons corn oil and fahita spices. cook about 10 min

Step 3in a seperate frying pan, put 2 tablespoons corn oil then add onions, carrots,green peppers, then put corn and mushrooms.

Step 4when vegetables are cooked well, add soy sauce,salt and fried chicken breast cubes.let them boil together about 5 minutes

Step 5in an oven tray 50*30*8 cm, mix drained orzo with the vegetable-chicken mixture. sprinkle mozerella shredded cheese on top and put in oven till the cheese melts (about 15 minutes)
