1Mix chicken with egg white, flour, corn starch, salt, and black pepper. Keep aside.
2Mix the sauce ingredients together and keep aside.
3Mix the starch ingredients together and keep aside.
4Add two teaspoons oil in a medium pan, when hot add the chicken, and fry for 3 minutes on high. Turn off heat and immediately cover tightly with a lid and keep a side. The chicken will continue cooking and will stay tender.
5In a pan add the sauce mixture and let it come to a boil, and then add the green onion.
6Stir in the cornstarch mixture, when thick add the chicken, and let it cook on medium low heat for two minutes.
