orange chicken
This is such a bold and tasty dish. Make sure you serve it with rice so it mellows out the sauce... After making this you will find it hard to order chinese take out. I helped my friend from china manage her restaurant for a couple years where I developed many new ideas, tips and tricks for asian "americanized" cuisine. It is my favorite style of cooking along with the flavors. You can also use chunks of beef to make orange beef instead of chicken which is also delicious. I will be posting many more asian inspired recipes so stay tuned :)
