This sauce is sooo good. It was really yummy on chicken, but I bet it would be great with a quesadilla or chips. The spices were just right for me. If it's too spicy for you, just adjust to suit your taste buds!

Ingredients

2avocados, scooped out and chopped

1 csour cream

3 Tbsplime juice

1 1/2chipotle pepper in adobo sauce, choppped

1/2 pkgdry ranch dressing

2 TbspDijon mustard

2 tspminced garlic

·salt and pepper to taste

3-4boneless chicken breast

·salt and pepper to taste

·Tony Chachere's More Spice Seasoning, or seasoning of your choice

4 Tbspolive oil, enough to sear chicken
How to Make Nelda's Spicy Chicken with Avocado Sauce
- For sauce: In blender or food processor add avocados, sour cream, lime juice, chipotle, ranch, mustard, garlic, salt and pepper. Blend well. For chicken: Salt and pepper chicken and sprinkle with seasoning. Sear chicken in olive oil until done. Serve sauce on top of chicken.
