This is deluxe chicken salad that can stand alone as a meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 - chicken, baked, diced
  • 4 - eggs, hard boiled, diced
  • 1 - celery stalk, diced
  • 1 tablespoon onion, finely chopped
  • 1 package nantucket blend [back to nature brand]
  • 1-2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1-2 cup grapes, halved

How To Make nantucket chicken salad

  • Step 1
    Bake one whole chicken. When cool, remove meat from bones and dice. Dice eggs and celery. Finely chop onion. Cut grapes in half grapes.
  • Step 2
    Mix all ingredients in large bowl with mayonnaise, add one 10 ounce package of Back to Nature Nantucket Blend. Stir until blended.
  • Step 3
    NOTE: Back to Nature Nantucket Blend contains almonds, raisins, pistachios, dried cranberries, and dried cherries.
