Ingredients
- 1 - chicken, baked, diced
- 4 - eggs, hard boiled, diced
- 1 - celery stalk, diced
- 1 tablespoon onion, finely chopped
- 1 package nantucket blend [back to nature brand]
- 1-2 cup mayonnaise
- 1-2 cup grapes, halved
How To Make nantucket chicken salad

Step 1Bake one whole chicken. When cool, remove meat from bones and dice. Dice eggs and celery. Finely chop onion. Cut grapes in half grapes.

Step 2Mix all ingredients in large bowl with mayonnaise, add one 10 ounce package of Back to Nature Nantucket Blend. Stir until blended.

Step 3NOTE: Back to Nature Nantucket Blend contains almonds, raisins, pistachios, dried cranberries, and dried cherries.
