Nana's Sweet Chicken
4boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
1 pkgdry onion soup mix
1 bottleitalian dressing (not creamy)
1 jar(s)apricot jam (small)
1sweet red pepper, cut into thin strips
How to Make Nana's Sweet Chicken
- In the casserole dish pour a quarter of the liquid mixture; top with the chicken breasts (salt and pepper lightly). Pour the remaining liquid mixture over the breasts.
Cover pan with foil and bake in oven for 1 hour.
Remove foil and continue baking for about 15 minutes, turning the breasts if you wish.
