martharaydeen's curried chicken salad
This is a quick and easy chicken salad that is great in a "wrap". You could also use "craisins" and add pecans for a change, but my recipe is just based on what I came up with one night and had to write it down because it was so darned good!

Ingredients
- 2 large chopped cooked chicken breasts
- 1 stalk celery, diced
- 1 medium red apple, diced
- 2 - green onions, chopped
- 1 cup golden raisins
- 1 small ripe mango, chopped small
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons curry powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 dash salt and pepper

Step 1Mix above together and let it sit a bit. I used this for making "wraps". Add some fresh spinach leaves to a whole wheat tortilla wrap, and bam! Instant lunch/dinner.
