1 1/2 ccrushed pretzels
1/4 ccanola oil
How to Make MAPLE PRETZEL CHICKEN
- Flatten chicken breasts to 1/2-inch thickness. Whisk egg and syrup in a shallow bowl. Place crushed pretzels in a shallow bowl. Dip chicken in egg mixture and coat with pretzels. In a large skillet, cook chicken in oil over medium heat for 4-5 minutes on each side until juice runs clear. Makes 4 servings.
