- 4 - boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 - 1 oz pkg dry ranch dressing mix
- 2 cups rice krispies cereal, crushed
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 - egg whites, beaten
How To Make lo-cal crunchy ranch chicken

Step 1Heat oven to 375. Spray a baking sheet w/ cooking spray. In lg shallow bowl, combine cereal, ranch dressing and parmesan cheese.

Step 2Beat egg whites in another shallow bowl. Dip each chicken breast into eggs, then roll into cereal mix, coating well.

Step 3Place chicken on baking sheet, bake about 30-35 mins.
