- 1/4 cup rum
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon dried tarragon
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make lemon-rum chicken

Step 1Remove skin from each chicken breast half. Combine remaining ingredients and brush on both sides of chicken pieces. Arrange chicken in a lightly greased shallow baking pan. Bake in 400 degrees preheated oven for 45-50 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
