- chicken breasts, boneless and skinless

- balsamic vinaigrette dressing
- 3 clove
- garlic, minced
- 6 c
- lightly packed spring lettuce mix
How to Make LEMON & GARLIC CHICKEN
- 2In a medium bowl, mix dressing and garlic; pour half over chicken. Refrigerate remaining dressing mixture.
- 4Toss lettuce with remaining dressing mixture. Serve with chicken. Discard lemon slices or use as a garnish.
