lemon and dill chicken
i been looking for healthyb recipe . this is one of the new one i found . tried it and liked it so here it is

Ingredients
- 4 - boneless chicken breast
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 1 cup reduced low sodium chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons flour
How To Make lemon and dill chicken

Step 1season chicken on both sides with salt and pepper

Step 2heat oil in medium skillet on med -high heat. add chicken and sear until well browned on both sides about 3 minutes .

Step 3transfer chicken to a plate and cover with aluminun foil.

Step 4reduce heat to medium , add more oil and add onion and garlic and cook , stirring 1 minute .

Step 5in a cup wisk broth, lemon juice ,flour and dill and add to pan. cook wisking until lightly thickened for 3 minutes

Step 6return chicken and juices to pan reduce heat to low and cook until chicken is cooked through
