i been looking for healthyb recipe . this is one of the new one i found . tried it and liked it so here it is

Ingredients

  • 4
    boneless chicken breast
  • 2 Tbsp
    chopped fresh dill
  • 3 clove
    minced garlic
  • 1 c
    reduced low sodium chicken broth
  • 1 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp
    flour

How to Make lemon and dill chicken

Step-by-Step

  1. season chicken on both sides with salt and pepper
  2. heat oil in medium skillet on med -high heat.
    add chicken and sear until well browned on both sides about 3 minutes .
  3. transfer chicken to a plate and cover with aluminun foil.
  4. reduce heat to medium , add more oil and add onion and garlic and cook , stirring 1 minute .
  5. in a cup wisk broth, lemon juice ,flour and dill and add to pan.
    cook wisking until lightly thickened for 3 minutes
  6. return chicken and juices to pan
    reduce heat to low and cook until chicken is cooked through
