Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, peeled and grated
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
- 3 - garlic cloves, minced
- 4 - boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (4 oz. each)

How To Make indonesian chicken

Step 1Prepare grill. Combine the first 6 ingredients in a large zip-lock plastic bag. Poke chicken with a fork to help it absorb the marinade. Add chicken to the bag, seal and marinate in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes - longer if desired.

Step 2Remove chicken from bag and discard marinade. Place the chicken on grill rack coated with cooking spray and grill for 5 minutes on each side or until chicken is done.
