  • 1 tsp
    crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 Tbsp
    fresh ginger, peeled and grated
  • 2 Tbsp
    fresh lime juice
  • 2 Tbsp
    hoisin sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    low-sodium soy sauce
  • 3
    garlic cloves, minced
  • 4
    boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (4 oz. each)

    cooking spray

How to Make Indonesian Chicken

Step-by-Step

  1. Prepare grill. Combine the first 6 ingredients in a large zip-lock plastic bag. Poke chicken with a fork to help it absorb the marinade. Add chicken to the bag, seal and marinate in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes - longer if desired.
  2. Remove chicken from bag and discard marinade. Place the chicken on grill rack coated with cooking spray and grill for 5 minutes on each side or until chicken is done.
