1Prepare grill. Combine the first 6 ingredients in a large zip-lock plastic bag. Poke chicken with a fork to help it absorb the marinade. Add chicken to the bag, seal and marinate in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes - longer if desired.
2Remove chicken from bag and discard marinade. Place the chicken on grill rack coated with cooking spray and grill for 5 minutes on each side or until chicken is done.
