Ingredients
- - flour for dredging
- 1 teaspoon thyme, dried
- 1 teaspoon rosemary, dried
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt and pepper
- - juice of 1 lemon
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 3 tablespoons olive oil, extra virgin
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 pound thin sliced chicken cutletss
How To Make honey lemon chicken

Step 1in a bowl add about 1/2cup of flour and mix in the dried herbs, garlic powder, salt and pepper and mix , place washed chicken cutlets one at a time in the flour and coat on both sides, in a skillet add the butter and the ex virgin olive oil and cook chicken cutlets in batches and put aside in a plate

Step 2When all chicken cutlets are cooked use the same skillet and add in the white wine, honey and lemon juice and stir on medium heat for about 2 mins, add the chicken cutlets back in to the lemon honey mixture and simmer on low for about 15 mins until sauce thickens .

Step 3Turn off skillet and enjoy!
