    dried thyme
  • 4 tsp
    dried sage
  • 2 tsp
    dried marjoram
  • 2 tsp
    dried rosemary
  • 1 tsp
    ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp
    ground nutmeg

How to Make HOMEMADE POULTRY SEASONING

Step-by-Step

  1. Measure and add all ingredients into a clean spice mill. Process mixture until a fine grind. Transfer to an air tight container. Makes about 12 teaspoons.
