  • 8 ounces crushed pineapple drained
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 2/3 cup seedless grapes halved
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup green onions
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds (toasted optional)
  • - tony chachere seasoning to taste
  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast (cooked and chopped)
