Ingredients
- 16 ounces ground turkey or chicken breast
- 1 medium apple peeled, seeded and grated
- 1 - teaspoon salt
- 1 - tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 - teaspoon pepper
- 2 - teaspoons italian herb seasoning
- 1 - teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 - teaspoon onion powder
- 3/4 - teaspoon paprika
- 3/4 - teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/4 - teaspoon crushed fennel seeds
