    apple peeled, seeded and grated

    teaspoons italian herb seasoning

    teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1
    teaspoon onion powder
  • 3/4
    teaspoon paprika
  • 3/4
    teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/4
    teaspoon crushed fennel seeds

How to Make Heathy Homemade Italian Sausage

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix all ingredients until very well combined. Let rest in the refrigerator for 24 hours before using to intensify the flavors.
