This recipe is based on a recipe make-over from Weight Watchers that over the years I have tweeked to make my own. It is much lower in fat than any other chicken divan recipe I have come across. It's healthy, delicious, easy to make and a family favorite!

  • 2 c
    chicken breast, cooked and cubed
  • 16 oz
    broccoli, frozen
  • 14 1/2 oz
    can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 c
    plain fat free yogurt
  • 1 c
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 c
    italian bread crumbs
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    butter, melted

How to Make Healthy Chicken Divan


  1. Preheat oven to 350 and cook broccoli in microwave according to package instructions.
  2. In a medium bowl combine the soup & yogurt. In a small bowl combine the melted butter & bread crumbs.
  3. Place the cooked broccoli in a 9 x 13 baking dish and layer the chicken on top. Spread the soup/yogurt mixture on top of the chicken. Sprinkle the cheese on top. Spoon the bread crumb/buter mixture on top of that.
  4. Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
