healthy chicken divan
This recipe is based on a recipe make-over from Weight Watchers that over the years I have tweeked to make my own. It is much lower in fat than any other chicken divan recipe I have come across. It's healthy, delicious, easy to make and a family favorite!

Ingredients
- 2 cups chicken breast, cooked and cubed
- 16 ounces broccoli, frozen
- 14 1/2 ounces can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup plain fat free yogurt
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/3 cup italian bread crumbs
- 1 1/2 tablespoons butter, melted
How To Make healthy chicken divan

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 and cook broccoli in microwave according to package instructions.

Step 2In a medium bowl combine the soup & yogurt. In a small bowl combine the melted butter & bread crumbs.

Step 3Place the cooked broccoli in a 9 x 13 baking dish and layer the chicken on top. Spread the soup/yogurt mixture on top of the chicken. Sprinkle the cheese on top. Spoon the bread crumb/buter mixture on top of that.

Step 4Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
