Healthy Chicken Divan
2 cchicken breast, cooked and cubed
16 ozbroccoli, frozen
14 1/2 ozcan cream of chicken soup
1/2 cplain fat free yogurt
1 cshredded cheddar cheese
1/3 citalian bread crumbs
1 1/2 Tbspbutter, melted
How to Make Healthy Chicken Divan
- Preheat oven to 350 and cook broccoli in microwave according to package instructions.
- In a medium bowl combine the soup & yogurt. In a small bowl combine the melted butter & bread crumbs.
- Place the cooked broccoli in a 9 x 13 baking dish and layer the chicken on top. Spread the soup/yogurt mixture on top of the chicken. Sprinkle the cheese on top. Spoon the bread crumb/buter mixture on top of that.
- Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
