This recipe is based on a recipe make-over from Weight Watchers that over the years I have tweeked to make my own. It is much lower in fat than any other chicken divan recipe I have come across. It's healthy, delicious, easy to make and a family favorite!
1Preheat oven to 350 and cook broccoli in microwave according to package instructions.
2In a medium bowl combine the soup & yogurt. In a small bowl combine the melted butter & bread crumbs.
3Place the cooked broccoli in a 9 x 13 baking dish and layer the chicken on top. Spread the soup/yogurt mixture on top of the chicken. Sprinkle the cheese on top. Spoon the bread crumb/buter mixture on top of that.
