Ingredients

  • 4
    boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • pinch
    salt and pepper
  • 1 c
    peach preserves
  • 1 Tbsp
    light soy sauce
  • 1 tsp
    minced garlic
  • 1 Tbsp
    dijon mustard
  • 2
    ripe peaches, halved, pitted
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil

How to Make Grilled peachy chicken

Step-by-Step

  1. Lightly oil grill grate, heat grill for medium heat. Season chicken w/ salt and pepper. In bowl, whisk together preserves, oil, soy sauce, garlic and mustard.
  2. Place chicken on grill. Cook 5 mins, flip chicken over, cook 5 mins, brush both sides w/ peach sauce and cook another 5 mins.
  3. Place peach halves, cut side down on grill, brush w/ reserved sauce. Grill 2 mins, flip over, brush w/ sauce. Grill 4 more mins. Serve peaches w/ chicken.
