1Pre-heat grill to med heat.. Pat chicken breast dry. Add some Mrs Dash seasoning to each chicken breast and rub into the meat.. Set in fridge for one hour... Remove chicken from fridge and let sit 15 minutes..
2In a sauce pan add apple cider and bourbon. Heat till reduced by half..
Place chicken breast on grill. You want to grill it slow. About 45-50 minutes..
During the last 15-20 minutes brush Bourbon/apple cider glaze over chicken breast turning once..
3Remove chicken breast to platter Serve warm. I served grilled corn on the cob with the chicken. Great lunch or dinner.
