Ingredients
- 4 - 4-oz. chicken breasts, boned and skinned
- 4 ounces can chopped green chilies
- 2 ounces monterey jack cheese, shredded
- 5 tablespoons finely chopped green onions
- 2 tablespoons margarine, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 cup crushed cornflakes

Step 1Pound out chicken breasts. Combine chilies, cheese and onion. Place equal amounts in each chicken breasts. Roll up. Combine chili powder and butter. Pour over chicken and roll in cornflakes. Place seam side down in baking dish. Bake for 45 minutes at 375 degrees. Serve with picante sauce. Makes 4 servings.
