french mushroom chicken
This is a filling delicious meal, simple enough when it is just the family but elegant enough for guests. I came up with this recipe while try to think of something nice and special to fix for my parents' 20th Anniversary dinner. It was a big hit and became a go to meal, and the leftovers are great heated up the next day for lunch. Hope you enjoy it and let me know what you think.
