Ingredients

  • SALAD

  • 1
    head shredded lettuce
  • 1
    bell pepper
  • 1 bunch
    chopped green onions
  • 1/2 c
    chopped radishs
  • 1
    diced tomato
  • 1
    chopped cucumber
  • 1 c
    corn (defrosted frozen or canned or fresh)
  • 1 can(s)
    beans
  • 1 c
    cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 lb
    chicken tenders
  • 1 c
    crumbled tortilla chips
  • DRESSING

  • 1/2 c
    salsa
  • 1/2 c
    sour cream
  • 1/2 c
    ranch dressing (homemade is best)

How to Make Chicken Fiesta Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. mix all veggie ingredients in a large Salad Bowl. You can choose any or all veggies or add some of your own.
  2. Add Shredded Cheese.
  3. Add Crushed Tortilla Chips
  4. Cook Chicken Tenders according to directions, or use Chicken strips sliced.
  5. Add chicken tenders to salad bowl.
  6. Mix Salad Dressing or use Ranch, Salsa with Sour Cream...or use your own favorite.
