Ingredients
- 2 cans (10 oz. ea.) diced tomatoes & green chilies, undrained
- 1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce
- 1 can (15 oz.) whole black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup frozen whole kernel corn
- 1 package (1.25 oz.) taco seasoning mix
- 2 cups water
- 1 1/2 pounds chicken breasts, boneless and skinless, cut into 24 pieces
- 1 1/2 cups white long-grain rice, uncooked
How To Make fiesta chicken with rice & beans

Step 1Spray inside of a 4-quart slow cooker with cooking spray. Place all ingredients, except rice, in slow cooker. Cover; cook on LOW for 7-1/2 hours or until chicken is tender.

Step 2Add rice, stir and cook 30 minutes more or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed. Stir again before serving.
