Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 14 ounces chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon dry italian seasoning
- 10 ounces fettucine pasta
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 6 small white mushrooms, sliced
- tablespoon all purpose flour
- 1 cup red sweet pepper. thinly sliced
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup half and half {10%} creama
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 8 - grape tomatoes cut in half
- 1/2 cup sour cream
How To Make fettuccine with chicken

Step 1Cut chicken into thin slices. In large skillet melt butter, add chicken, garlic and seasoning and cook for about 8 minutes, or chicken no longer pink. transfer to a bowl and set aside,

Step 2Cook pasta according to package directions, Return skillet to medium heat and add butter, and saute onion, mushrooms and red pepper and cook for about 5 minutes, add flour and cook stirring for 2,minuteas add milk and cream and cook for about 5 minutes until creamy and smooth and thickened.

Step 3Remove from heat and stir in the cheeses drain pasta and return to skillet along with the chicken, tomatoes and sour cream and toss to coat completely...serve with salad and garlic bread.
