Ingredients For easy oven-fried drumsticks

  • 3 lb
    chicken drumsticks
  • 1 qt
    buttermilk
  • 2 c
    panko bread crumbs
  • 1 c
    parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp
    each, salt and pepper
  • 1/2 tsp
    dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp
    paprika

How To Make easy oven-fried drumsticks

    Place chicken in lg zip-lock bag, pour buttermilk over chicken. Seal bag, marinate in refrigerator 1 hr.

    Heat oven to 425. Line rimmed baking shett w/ foil, spray w/ cooking spray. In shallow bowl, combine bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, mustard and paprika.

    Remove chicken from marinade and roll in bread crumb mix. Place on baking sheet. Bake 25 mins.
