4 - boneless, skinless chicken breasts
8 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/3 cup light mayonnaise
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 - 10 oz box frozen, chopped spinach, thawed, squeezed dry

How To Make easy creamy spinach chicken

Step 1

Heat oven to 350. Lightly spray a 8" square baking dish w/ cooking spray. Place chicken in pan. In bowl, combine remaining ingredients.

Step 2

Mix well. Spread mix evenly over each chicken breast. Bake about 35 mins.
