Ingredients
- 4 - thighs or breasts of chicken
- 1 tablespoon apricot jam
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 3 tablespoons tomato ketchup
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- 1 large clove garlic, crushed
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make devilled chicken

Step 1Season the chicken with salt and pepper and place in a greased or sprayed shallow, oven-proof dish.

Step 2In a small bowl, mix together the jam, mustard, Cayenne pepper, and garlic until smooth. Add the ketchup, Worcestershire, soy sauce, salt and pepper.

Step 3Pour mixture over the chicken pieces, making sure they are evenly coated. Cover with a lid and bake in a preheated 350-degree oven for one hour.
