thighs or breasts of chicken
1 Tbsp
apricot jam
1 tsp
dijon mustard
3 Tbsp
tomato ketchup
1 Tbsp
worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp
soy sauce
1 pinch
cayenne pepper
1 large
clove garlic, crushed
salt and pepper to taste

Step-by-Step

  • 1Season the chicken with salt and pepper and place in a greased or sprayed shallow, oven-proof dish.
  • 2In a small bowl, mix together the jam, mustard, Cayenne pepper, and garlic until smooth. Add the ketchup, Worcestershire, soy sauce, salt and pepper.
  • 3Pour mixture over the chicken pieces, making sure they are evenly coated. Cover with a lid and bake in a preheated 350-degree oven for one hour.
