chicken pear salad
I had a tasty chicken salad wrap while at a resort in Puerto Rico. This is my version of it. I love the addition of Pears and grapes with the Chicken. Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 4 cups chopped roast chicken breast and dark meat
- 2 - stalks chopped celery
- 1/8 cup chopped red onion
- 1 - chopped pear with skin on
- 1 cup white grapes chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonaise hellman's or other ( not salad dressing like miracle whip)
- 1/4 teaspoon dill weed
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1 pinch salt and black pepper
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon honey
- - bulky rolls or wraps
- TOPPINGS OPTIONAL
- - lettuce, tomato and cheese.
How To Make chicken pear salad

Step 1Chop chicken, celery, onion, pear, and grapes. Toss in a bowl together.

Step 2Mix the mayonaise, dijon mustard, dill, paprika, salt, pepper, and honey together.

Step 3Add mayonaise mixture to chicken mixture. Stir to combine well. Serve in sandwich wraps, or on a Bulky Roll. Top with lettuce and tomato, and cheese if desired.
