1Heat 2 tbsp butter in lg skillet over med-low heat. Add pecans. Stir and cook 3 mins. Remove from pan.
2Sprinkle chicken w/ salt and pepper. Place flour in a shallow bowl, dredge chicken in flour. Cook chicken in oil in pan over medium heat, about 4 mins per side.
3Transfer chicken to a plate, top w/ pecans. Add broth to pan, cook 2 mins. Add brown sugar, vinegar and thyme. Cook until sugar is melted. Whisk in remaining butter until thickened. Pour sauce over chicken.
