- 2 - whole chickens cut into serving pieces
- 1/4 cup dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup ritz crackers, finely crushed (more as needed)
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons oil
How To Make crispy oven-fried chicken

Step 1Sprinkle chicken pieces with black pepper and garlic powder.

Step 2Combine mustard and mayonnaise - mix thoroughly. Coat the chicken with mustard mixture.

Step 3Combine cracker crumbs and parmesan cheese. Sprinkle cracker crumbs lightly over the chicken.

Step 4Place chicken in one layer in a 12 x16 inch baking pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Drizzle oil over the chicken and continue to bake until chicken is tender and cooked through.
