Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked, cubed chicken
- 1 - 9 oz pkg frozen mixed veggies
- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 1 cup reduced fat, shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 - can reduced fat cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 cup cornflake crumbs
- 4 tablespoons melted butter

Step 1In lg bowl, combine all ingredients, except cornflake crumbs and butter. Mix well. Spoon into a 8" square casserole dish.

Step 2Cover w/ foil. Refrigerate overnight. Heat to 350. In bowl, combine cornflakes crumbs and butter. Stir chicken mix. Sprinkle crumbs over mix. Bake 45 mins, or until bubbly and golden.
