Ingredients
- 2 cups chopped cooked chicken breast
- 1 cup canned black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 1/2 cups diced tomatoes
- 1 cup whole kernal corn
- 1/2 cup diced red onions
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh coriander
- DRESSING
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon each ground cumin and sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon each salt and black pepper
How To Make cool chick salad

Step 1Combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.

Step 2In a small bowl, whisk together dressing ingredients. Pour over bean mixture and stir until dressing is evenly distributed.
