·**chicken breasts, grilled
-
·**tomatoes, sliced
-
·**red onion, sliced
-
·**lettuce pieces
-
·**your fav cheese, sliced

·**your favorite salad dressing
How to Make Cold grilled Chicken Salad
- I used bone in chicken breast, then removed the bone for this dish. You of course could use boneless, but I love the addition of the skin for this.
- Grill chicken as you normally would. Allow to cool, or refrigerate and use a day or two later. The colder, the easier to slice nice and neat.
- Slice tomatoes, onion, cheese and tear lettuce pieces.
- Assemble by layering chicken, tomato, onion, cheese, and repeat till all of chicken breast is used. I used Zesty Italian dressings as a garnish.
