1Sprinkle chicken w/ salt and pepper. In lg skillet, over medium heat, cook bacon, stirring, until crisp. Remove bacon from pan.
2Add chicken to pan, cook about 6 mins each side or until no longer pink inside. Remove chicken and keep warm.
3Add onion to pan and cook 2 mins, stirring up all the bits from bottom of pan. Add cider and broth. Bring to a boil. Cook, stirring until reduced by 1/2. Stir in bacon. pour sauce over chicken before serving.
