Ingredients

  • 2
    chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless
  • 1 bunch
    broccoli florets
  • 1 bunch
    baby carrots
  • 1
    corn, fresh
  • 1 bunch
    green onions
  • 3
    garlic cloves, slivered thin
  • 1 c
    soy sauce
  • 1 pkg
    stir-fry seasoning
  • 1/4 c
    canola oil
  • 1/2 can(s)
    water
  • ·
    sesame seeds for garnish

How to Make Chicken Veggie Stir Fry

Step-by-Step

  1. place soy sauce in a bowl,dice chicken into bite size cubes...add in, let sit for about 15mins.
  2. meanwhile cut all the veggies into same size, set aside...sliver(slice thin) garlic cloves.
  3. in a large wok on med-high add the oil and in small batches brown the chicken, take out when browned on all sides...add the veggies and saute a few minutes
  4. add chicken back in and mix in the stir fry seasoning mix as well the water, cover and simmer about 10-15 mins...till the veggies are al dente ( not mushy)....serve over jasmine or basmati rice,sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
