Ingredients

  • 1 - chicken, cooked and cubed
  • 10 3/4 cans can cream of chicken soup
  • 14 1/2 ounces can tomatoes with green chilies, drained
  • 6 - 6-inch corn tortillas, torn in half
  • 1 - onion, chopped
  • 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
  • - sliced green onions, thinly sliced

How To Make chicken tortillas--crock pot

  • Step 1
    Combine chicken meat, soup and tomatoes with chilies. Spray crock pot with cooking spray. Lone bottom of crock pot with one third of tortilla pieces. Add one third of chicken mixture. Sprinkle with one third of onions and one third cheese. Repeat layers twice. Cover and cook low 4-6 hours. Garnish with green onions. Makes 4 servings.
