Still going through those dreaded chicken hind quarters, so I needed something with a sweet kick as I am not a thigh/leg fan.

Ingredients
- 4 - chicken hind quarters or 1 chicken cut into 4 quarters
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2/3 cup chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced from jar
- 1 teaspoon horseradish from jar
- 1/2 cup strawberry mango jalapeno jelly
How To Make chicken that kicks back

Step 1put the washed chicken into a crock pot and grind weber's "Kickin Chicken seasoning" over it. cook on low for 3 hours and drain the extra juices that came out of the chicken.

Step 2Mix the rest of the stuff above and pour over the chicken and cook another 5 hours. Serve on a bed of noodles with some sauce or anyway you wish.
