a recipe by

I wanted so much to try Pat Duran's wing recipe but no wings at our store. So I used boneless skinless Tenders and used all the sauce and only a part of the jello and created this. It was wonderful. I suggest you try Pats recipe below because if mine was this good done wrong it must be incredible done right.

For the chicken I used the basic directions for the sauce for these wings but only 1/4 of the lemon jello and poured the entire sauce over the chicken tenders and baked at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, turning once half way through.

For the green beans I put them in a pot of water with the butter and bring to a boil. Turn off the heat and left them there while I cooked the rest of the food. They then tender crisp cook in the water while the rest is cooking. Then you drain them and top with a little butter and garlic powder.
